I am honestly complaining and seeing if anyone would know what to do.

My package has been "stuck"/missing since April, and for that package i have the standard up to $100 insurance for Ground shipping. I filed a missing package search and a domestic claim which the domestic claim got denied.

I filed my claim with the needed bank statements as the "reciept" option. I sent them screenshots from my banking app of each "transaction details" w/ dates and seller names.

I am just confused because the reason for my denial was lack of proof, and I want to file an appeal but I don't see how I didnt provide USPS proof of my items value...

Any advice?
