I’ve noticed that there are a bunch of alternative supplement companies cropping up which claim to be as pure as vimergy.

  1. Are they actually just as pure?
  2. If they are also pure then why are they much cheaper? Does that mean vimergy has marks up price much more than needed?

HMDS vs eating ingredients separately

I prefer the taste of including the ingredients in meals throughout the day eg wild blueberries mixed into my porridge vs eating them all at once in a smoothie. Is it ok to consume the ingredient separately? Is this as healing?
