What are the chances I’ll even need to show up since it’s so close to the holidays?

Me and my girlfriend are doing a 4 night cruise on Quantum and want to hear some recs for first time cruisers! We’re going to Catalina island and Ensenada. We have the alcohol package, free show time reserved, and a chops grille res for day 2. We also have our main dining time for 8:30pm.
