i’ve noticed a pattern where one of my friends rarely checks in, asks how i’m doing, or starts conversations unless they need a favor, advice, a ride, help with something, etc.

when we do talk, they’re friendly, so i can’t tell if i’m overthinking it or if our friendship has become one-sided.
