I haven't bleached clothes before, so I know almost nothing except what I've seen from very few videos. My questions are:

What bleach is usable for painting?

I know you have to dilute the bleach with water, right? How much? Does it depend on the fabric?

If a clothing piece says "do not bleach" is it still going to be painted on well? I don't want to destroy my shirt, lol

I've known this for a while, but I feel I should probably ask for advice, as this will only be my second season in pit. My current pit companion is a bass god, and general music freak(lovingly), and I like kinda suck at mallet percussion.

I will probably be in charge of freshmen boys next year, so how do I deal with all this?

tldr: I am an inexperienced captain, how do I assert my role effectively and also improve my musicianship?
