Questions about bleaching

I haven't bleached clothes before, so I know almost nothing except what I've seen from very few videos. My questions are:

What bleach is usable for painting?

I know you have to dilute the bleach with water, right? How much? Does it depend on the fabric?

If a clothing piece says "do not bleach" is it still going to be painted on well? I don't want to destroy my shirt, lol

Fahrenheit 451 back patch?

I plan to cut out the flames on the orange fabric and sew them on instead of painting them. design is my own and something I've been aching to make into a patch for awhile now.

not trying to make some luke-warm take that banning books is the worst thing ever, I just really really like Fahrenheit 451 and it's pretty meaningful to me. shrug.

My patch jacket of 4 years

I started when I was 14 , and just discovered bands like dog park dissidents and pansy division . I taught Myslef to sew while making this jacket so the sewing , I know is bad and a few of the earlier patches were free-handed cause I couldn’t find a way to make a good stencil.

so I’m planning on remaking one or two and taking off the she/her/hers patch’s since I don’t listen to them anymore.

i‘m thinking of adding studs to the shoulders , do you guys think it would create any issues ?

Im tired of fast fashion.

How do yall typically feel about buying expensive clothes? Not like, buying expensive "punk" clothes or luxury fashion pieces. I mean like high quality hand crafted pieces. Things like jeans from Naked and Famous Denim, boots from places like Nicks etc. I'm tired of disposable, low quality fast fashion pieces that will fall apart in a year or so. Id rather just spend 200 dollars on a single pair of pants that will last me a decade than a 50 pair that I'll need to replace in 6 months. Boots are the same way, Docs are shit, Solovair are better, but real high quality work boots will last until I'm dust.

It might also be telling that I've been watching a lot of Rose Anvil lately, and really enjoy the content he makes. The breakdowns, deepdives, collabs. Real good shit, and the blood core leather pieces he's had built all look amazing.

Update for my post yesterday

I’ll probably add some stuff to the front at some point

I'm just a queer teenager who wants to show off my poorly made rags.

Hey guys, everything good? I made all the patches at home and the last picture is the patch for my band Cördceps. We haven't released it anywhere yet, but we have some demos in progress, so if you want, keep an eye on SoundCloud because we'll be posting an EP or just a song, I don't know. 👍

SpiderPUNK

Got this second hand denim jacket and ive been working on learning to repair clothing instead of buying more and i really try to consume less. So I thought it would be fun to make a spiderpunk type denim jacket, this is all ive done so far, embroidered webs to the collar. Any Inspiration or ideas are welcome!
