Seeking immediate advice

My retic has been battling a mouth issue for around 4 months now which I’ve posted. I’ve had 3 vet visits and treated with rounds of antibiotics and anti inflammatories twice. The issue flares up and goes back down, almost weekly. It will be looking better for a few days and then puff back up. No sign of RI, no sign of mouth rot. He’s not pushing, his temps, humidity, and substrate are dialed in. He’s still putting down consistent meals, and he poops, sheds, and acts normal. But this issue will not resolve. I’ve seen a few very similar pictures online with no clear cause or diagnosis. My best guess is a tooth or piece of substrate that got impacted. Every time I’ve taken him to my vet, the swelling has been down and I look like a crazy person. My last resort is to see a specialist for a CT or MRI scan, which I’m willing to do and I’ve made an appointment, but will easily reach the thousands $$$. Just wanted to throw a last minute post in here to see if anyone has seen this. Thank you guys for any help!

Budget 8x4x4 build!

Just finished a new build, open to any criticism. My boy had been showing some signs of either an RI or mouth injury, some people suggested rubbing or other issues but I couldn’t get it to resolve fully. Wanted to get him a fresh start, and he was gonna need a bigger enclosure in the next year anyways. Kinda hard to do a “quarantine enclosure” for a 12 foot snake anyways and with 8x4x4s online running between 2-4k I decided to go for my own. Ended up building this within a week and just got him transferred tonight. He’s just gone through his shed last night and his mouth looks much better. Hoping more space and everything clean will help keep him nice and pretty!

Enclosure is solid PVC with acrylic front doors, all using a single size screw. Built it for just under $600 in materials 🤙🏼

RI or mouth rot concerns

Looking for anyone on here who’s run into a similar issue, I’ve been having a pretty consistent problem with my boy for about 2-3 months now. He has some puffy gums as shown in picture. No drooling, minimal saliva, he doesn’t wheeze, never lethargic, he eats great, and I cannot figure out what’s causing it! He was initially treated 3 months ago with a light round of antibiotics, assuming it was a minor RI. Swelling went down briefly but came back. I returned for a follow up visit 2 weeks ago and we did another check, opened his mouth, nothing crazy abnormal. He’s been on a round of antibiotic and anti inflammatory injections, and I was seeing immediate progress but I’m nearing the end of the meds and it’s seemed to spike up again. His temps, humitity, and substrate all appear perfect, I’m wondering could it be an impacted tooth? Anybody else seen this??
