I’m flying with my dog from HK to the France on 13th July. My dog got her primary rabies vax on 26 July 2024 and it’s a 3 year rabies vax (Rabisin) that expires on 26 July 2027 or so it says in his pet passport under "Next Vaccination Date: 26 July 2027" . Because this is considered a primary vax, does the EU/UK count this valid for only one year? Or do they accept it as a 3 year?

I am panicing right now because the everything is booked. I am flying from Hong Kong to Paris and then from Paris, my brother is coming to pick me from London so we would cross the EuroTunnel with the dog. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Can I use my IBKR account to prove finances for UK Student Visa? IBKR is where I put most of my savings. It is all mostly been liquidated and almost all of the money is in Cash in IBKR with some invested in SPY. Would that be acceptable? I am from a country where I need to show my finances unfortunately so there is no way around that.
