Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone has dealt with this before.

I live in the UK, but my TikTok account is somehow locked to the Netherlands. I believe it happened because I had a VPN enabled when I created the account.

I’ve been trying to get my account region changed since early May. I’ve submitted support tickets, provided my UK passport, contacted support through the app and even reached out on X, but I keep getting automated replies.

The account is growing well and I’d really rather not start over.

Has anyone actually managed to get TikTok to manually change their account region? If so, how did you eventually reach a real person?
