I cannot find him ANYWHERE. I have checked every possible place. Went through every list and Reddit thread. Leveled to 42 to see if he would respawn every 14 levels like some replies have said in the past….. I am playing on my gaming laptop through the Xbox app. Is there ANYTHING I CAN DO??? I spent my entire day off on this and I am beyond frustrated :( I JUST WANNA COMPLETE ALL DAEDRIC QUESTS AND COLLECT ALL THE ARTIFACTS !!!! 😫

I’m a lover of fallout, it’s my favorite game franchise and I’ve never given Skyrim this much of a chance, and it’s slowly but surely topping fallout for me, which I NEVER thought I’d say!
Knowing Bethesda games, I’m sure there’s some funky and fun little side quests that I could easily miss lol I’d love some guidance and I’m welcome to advice and tips!
For reference: I have done the dark brotherhood questline, I have done the thieves guild questline, I have done the main quest and could go fight Alduin right now. I have found the butcher in Winterhold, killed the vampires in Falkreath I believe it was. I have done almost every quest in markarth (I think) it’s totally my favorite place I have been. Did the whole seducers and saints quest line (weird at the end there). And a whole lot more but ya. ALSO I have Myrwatch, breezehome, bloodchill manor (I guess I can’t do the companions quest?), and some other lil house in the middle of nowhere that I had to fight a warrior for lol
