Used a high pressure washer a couple of years ago and stripped what I think is the clear coat on my Toyota. I'm planning on selling the car soon. I took it to a dealership and the appraiser made it sound like a big deal ($2K job). How can I fix this?

If it helps - the area has not expanded due to the elements since I stripped it 2 Years/10K miles ago. Tysm!
