This is a pic of me after the gym, so my hair is a bit sweating. I feel like I’m balding at the crown and not so much at the hairline. My diet honestly has always been weak and hair always thin, I believe genetically thin as well. Dad doesn’t really exhibit major signs of balding but thinner hair in general. I’m Male, 25.

Is it too late? Is this reversible with more protein, collagen, and any supplements you’d recommend? Am I panicking because my hair is just clumped together at the moment or is this serious?

What’s something you wish you did at this stage, if you have already started balding? Any help is great thanks!

This is me after sweating in the gym but am I cooked? Is this irreversible?

I want to know if I’m cooked. 25 year old male. Always had thinner hair but looking to make it stronger and thicker. Any suggestions? Thanks! Panicking!
