This is easy, and a lot of people seems to not understand, you win a Team Fight, you can leave now, no need to stay longer, a lot of games are thrown because of this, late game TF we take some kills, my team chase one or two still alive, enemies have the time to come back and kill most of my team, now they win the game.

This and lazy backs OMG, just walk a bit more to your jungle or under a tower and base.

People feel like they won a TF, and now they cannot be killed, for some reason want to keep fighting when they low.

In ranked, try to not put yourself in "any role" if you are not sure, you can do good, not just right, but good. Sometimes you will be in a lower rank lobby, sometimes you will be in higher rank lobby.

This Jungler (plat) was dying while HE was ganking, he put himself in any role, we lost in 15 mins, there was no pressure, no objectives, and blame everybody else for him dying in normal ganks.

At the ends he says "F this team".

My point is, in your current rank you might do well, but in higher ranks, usually you play different, so you can't actually perform in any role. I know people think they are "him" but most of the times, that is not the case.

I have been playing Quick games to test or chill, and I have noticed a lot of smurf accounts, I understand a high level player to just want to chill, but I have noticed a lot of smurf accounts and I don't want to be rude, low level players smurfing, question would be, if you are not high level player, why would you smurf?

I think they need to do something with her, a lot of damage, a lot of cc, a lot of tank, I have been playing a lot of quick game recently, because I want to chill, and because of the 10-12 minutes Qs in ranked, I see a lot of Adeles in offlane, and its so easy to play with her that they dominate the early-mid-late, I have experience so I know how to handle her, but its so easy to not being punished as Adele, and so easy to farm because of that, these guys lose because they get so drunk of power they never rotate, I can rotate and help the team, and we win at the end.

Lvl 6 she can almost if not 1v2 easy, I think she will never not be banned in ranked because of this, you don't require skill to dominate with her, I know she is a lot of fun, but she is just to powerfull and the only skill you need to have is land the stun.

If they don't want to touch the damage, they can increase CDs, and mana she uses, right now she spam abilities and loses almost no mana, she stays in lane forever.
