Why not just go keto?

I had pretty bad reactive hypo that was causing memory problems and dizziness. With the help of a coach, I started eating a well-formulated ketogenic diet and I haven't had reactive hypo since. And if I do get hypoglycemic, I'll have ketones to do the heavy lifting for my brain until I recover. Is there a reason that more people don't try a ketogenic diet to deal with this?

I personally find it fairly easy. Eggs and avocado for breakfast, smorgasbord of nuts, cheese, salad for lunch, and meat and veg for dinner. I add olive oil or MCT to each meal to hit the fat macros, but that's pretty easy too. The one challenge is cholesterol, but I'm changing to more unsaturated fat and was already on a statin so that isn't too much of a barrier either.

In any case, would love to hear some thoughts, especially for people who are heavily impacted by this.

What do I do with this?

Cgm was showing 71 at this time. I have no idea how to figure out what my blood sugar is actually doing.

New sensor who dis

Last night I woke up with a panic attack and checked my phone and the alarm hadn't gone off and at that point it read my sugar as 110. Finger stick said 78. I'm fairly sure this isn't a correct reading but without an alarm, I wasn't able to get a finger stick during the low until it did alarm at 6 am at 59 (finger stick was 98). Would love to hear some veteran thoughts in this one.
