The Learn-To-Play decks are assembled!
Got all four decks printed off and sleeved. Got them printed at UPS Store with cardstock paper. If anyone is in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, I'd love to get some games in!
Hello. I just got the Learn to Play decks printed off via the Google Drive file provided by KingOfOdonata. Is there a deck list for each of them, or can someone tell me how they go together? I see four different monsters, so is it four separate decks?
If wanted to practice drawing certain characters from an animated show, would it be best try and draw free hand or follow a step-by-step tutorial for that character? Or maybe both?
Hello! I'm sure this comes up quite a bit and I apologize, but I'm looking at wanting to learn how to draw cartoons. I love animated shows like Hazbin Hotel, Helluva Boss, Rick & Morty, Bojack Horseman, American Dad and Bob's Burgers so thats the route I'd like to go as far my inspiration for what to draw goes. I used to draw a lot in high school but never took it seriously, and haven't tried drawing anything in over 10 years! I've asked a few people here and there on how to start and looks for myself:
\- Someone suggested finding screenshots of those shows and practice copy drawing them.
\- Was strongly recommended buying Morpho series of books on Amazon
\- Found Drawabox website that has lots of drawing lessons for free
\- Found some "Draw Cartoons for Beginners" books on Amazon
Am I on the right path as far as getting started? Anything else I'm missing that I should look at bookmarking or buying? Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
