I haven't been able to find a workplace rep with time to speak to me, so I was wondering if anyone here knew what to do next

I submitted an AWA 4 months ago being told to "wait" as they were figuring things out on their side. My manager told me (verbal) last week that they are denying anything other than 4 days in office, and to re-submit the form with 4 days in office.

She didn't tell me this via email, nor did I get a formal response which means I am unable to grieve.

How would I best navigate this? Ask for a formal response so that I can grieve it?
