Kids pattern similar to Helen’s Closet Orchard Dress?
Hi! Just as the title says- I’m trying to find essentially a kids version of the Orchards dress. Simple silhouette, spaghetti straps, for woven fabric that doesn’t require a zipper etc.

Obviously I’ve heard to avoid fats. But- I’ve heard with some people almost anything can trigger them? Is that true?
My first awful attack that landed me in the ER was after I had a coffee cake muffin. 9/10 pain for over 16 hours.
The second attack was after I had spaghetti.
And this morning I had buttered toast and feel the pain coming on again.
I have had several things that if based on fat alone should have done me in - McDonald’s, etc, but didn’t.
Could carbs be a culprit?
Hi! New to this thread and also any and everything gallbladder related. Two weeks ago spent the entire night in the ED with severe upper back and chest pain.
I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant, they did so many tests and scans because they couldn’t figure out what was happening and after an ultrasound and MRI found several small stones and an inflamed gallbladder. By this time I had been in severe pain (worse than unmedicated Pitocin induced labor) for about 20 hours but was finally starting to feel better without pain meds. They told me I had likely had a gallbladder attack and scheduled me to meet with the surgeons.
My OB said of course wait until after baby is born, and that maybe I can just wait and see if it happens again and go from there when and if it happens.
Today I met with the surgeon, nice guy, who just said to give him a call one week after baby is born and he’ll get me in to remove my gallbladder- and that was the end of the meeting lol.
At this point I’m feeling back to normal… is it really typical to have it removed after one attack? I’m so scared of needing to alter my diet and having terrible diarrhea for life if I remove it. But also that pain was seriously no joke (and I’ve had 3 cesareans!). I have been avoiding fats etc since then but honestly feel back to normal basically.
I’m also a little hesitant to be getting my gallbladder removed a week or two after a c section…
Has anyone else experienced something similar?
