What's with this insane number of services being shut down recently?

Even Arva is listing 0 channels...

Is this the end of streaming JTV?

Just curious if it goes down and comes back within days or weeks, or if it goes down for months?

Can someone walk me through the proper settings and core to use for n64? I just want like full screen or 2x upscaling at most.
