Who is actually buying these?
I understand the developers are looking for maximum profits here. That's not what I'm asking. I think it's pretty shit to do this when housing is so unaffordable as it is. These end up sitting empty when they could have built 2 more affordable homes on the same lot.
My question is - who is actually looking to buy something like this? I can't imagine many people wanting to live like sardines when you could buy something of the same price for a full lot in the same neighborhood. The lack of yard maintenance? What am I missing? 😅
