Would I just hand-illustrate it and convert it to a vector? What brushes would work best? I'm pretty experienced with both programs but I'm having trouble nailing it down exactly

Edit: If it wasn't obvious I meant the owner was a trumpie, also I only called out 1 other time for a sick day as well, there is "nothing else", I came in every day and worked my ass off at this restaurant job. I guess I shouldn't have given him a specific date and I should've told him the night before my shift. I couldn't think straight as I genuinely felt like my body was shutting down and I was dying (happens sometimes when I get covid, despite being vaxxed).
If the people here bootlicking and saying "Oh covid is not a thing anymore" ever got Covid you would probably understand that.
