Did I money shift?

Was going on high way at 40 mph, I think but am not sure that I mis shifted to second gear instead of fourth and car lurched and like sort of braked, but it drove the rest of the way okay. I am not sure: I’m scared having panic attack that I destroyed car… I drive 2015 mazda6…

Does this engine sound normal? Afraid that I money shifted, but not sure. 2015 Mazda 6 Grand Touring

Was driving on the highway going around 40 and I think, but am not positive, that I mis-shifted into second gear instead of fourth. The car lurched pretty bad, but continued to drive. Worried now about every sound. Basically having a panic attack, please be kind.
