I’m curious about two things:

1. Is the initial resume screening done by HR, or does the hiring manager review all applications?
2. Does AHS use AI or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to automatically filter or rank resumes before a person reviews them?

I’d love to hear from anyone who has been involved in hiring at AHS or has recently gone through the application process. Thanks!
