Deli question

I'm a CS worker who does sub line a decent amount. Often when it's slow I find myself eating a few pickle slices or a few black olives. How bad is that? Is that fireable? Write-upable? Also, I'll sometimes give customers discounts (like a dollar off) or only charge them for a half sub if we were out of what they wanted or things like that. Is that fireable too? I've seen others do it but idk. I know a year or so ago a bunch of deli workers got fired because they were selling people full subs for like 2 bucks but this is different yeah? Idk I don't wanna get fired 😭

Gave the wrong change??

I'm a bagger who's been cashier trained for a while. I love cashiering and prefer it over anything else in the store. They rarely give me casheir shifts. The other day I had my first cashier shift in a while, and I was on express. I got caught up in the moment and was in the middle of a rush and everyone had like 30 things and I had no bagger. One lady gave me a hundred and apparently I just DIDNT GIVE HER THE CHANGE. she came back because she thought she left it and we checked the cams and I just didn't give it to her. Right as we're sorting this out, a second lady comes back and says I didn't give her the right cash back. I distinctly remember her cashback being 45 because that was such a random number, and I remember her telling me 2 twenties and a 5. But sure enough, her receipt said the change due was 50. I was hoping to become a full cahsier by August, how much is this going to affect me? is it going on my record or something??

How to get my primary job switched to cashier?

My primary job is bagger. I've been cashier trained for about 5 months now and enjoy cashiering much more than bagging. I want to get my primary switched so I get more cashier shifts, especially before evaluations. They hardly ever give me cashier shifts. I still want to do both bag and casheir, but I want more cashiering. I asked my manager and he said the only way is if you already get more cashiering then bagging, but that seems like some circular reasoning to me. HELP
