What kind of therapy should I be asking for?

I am wanting to find a psychologist to work with. I have CPTSD and have suffered from undiagnosed narcolepsy 2 for most of my life. I am now on wakefulness meds and realizing how much of my life has been a survival strategy, and I need help. I have been to psychologists before with mixed results. Talk therapy has been very difficult and mostly unhelpful, especially when/if I feel my psychologist becomes disconnected or, worse; has me do all of the talking. I need guidance and support. I need someone who can recognize smaller traumas or notice that place before I go too far, and apply some “threshold work,” because when I have “an episode“ it ruins my ability to function for days. Not saying that it won’t happen, even with an experienced therapist, once in a while, but I need to avoid this as much as possible. Anyway, is there a specific kind of psychologist I need to be looking for? And thank you so much in advance.

MSLT and polysomnogram cost

I’m being told I likely have narcolepsy 2, but in order to take xyrem/xywav, I need to get an MSLT and polysomnogram done. These are expensive tests and my insurance won’t cover them. Does anyone have suggestions?

Garden tiller safety

How do I “remove the wire from the spark plug” on a Predator 43cc if I hit a foreign object while tilling?

Rust protection, preventing structural issues, and tie-downs

I just got a 2024 Promaster, and I’m trying to understand which holes were factory placed, and which weren’t. It didn’t come with flooring or all of the original d-rings. So my first question is: is there somewhere I can find the factory placement info? Second, is there anything I can do about holes that shouldn’t exist in this thing? And third, should I be concerned about some of these attachments? Are they going to cause problems later? Metal on metal is probably not safe, right? How do I fix these things?

edit - I guess my pictures didn’t post. Basically, there are some metal things that look like they held bolts in holes that were maybe added into the van after the original purchase. They don’t look like they were placed in “safe places” on the van. I also don’t see any washers between any of the bolts or remaining d-rings and the van’s metal walls or floor (there is no subfloor). There are also some open holes where maybe the van was drilled into. I just want to know what should be there, what shouldn’t be, and what I should do to fix any issues. And also, how to remove stuck bolts if necessary.

Oh, and one more thing - what is the safest way to install some kind of tie down fixture where the van doesn’t currently have it?

I have a wonderful schipperke who I purchased from a reputable breeder. Yes, I have breeding rights. Excellent temperament, she’s forward, confident, happy, fun to train, nothing phases her, travels beautifully, very socially appropriate, loves everyone - kids, elderly, dogs, other animals, everyone - the kind of dog that someone who wants a schipperke should own. We are involved in a variety of sports and will start trialing soon, her first shows are coming up, and pending health testing, provided all goes well, I plan to breed her. I’m looking for males that are also health tested dogs, and am particularly looking for dogs with a high degree of athleticism, prey drive, and desire to play. I’ll be very picky about temperament and structure. As a side note, as there is always concern with breeding dogs, I am not a first timer, and I don’t need lectures on whether or not I should be raising puppies. Puppies will be raised with the intent of going to sport and pet homes, with plenty of exposure to new things, opportunities to play and challenge themselves, and some very early training exposure. If you have the mind to try to chastise me on a purebred dog forum, take a step back and look in the mirror. To everyone else, please send me your recommendations! Dogs you’ve met, dogs you admire, breeders you think I should talk to. Thank you!

Per the title, my schip has a docked tail. I will be bringing her to Belgium with me later this year and am wondering if this will be an issue. Anyone have docked dogs or experiences with other people’s docked dogs vs the public in that area of the world?
