I am looking at a laser engraver to cut wood and engrave metal. I have my eye on the xtool s1 IR bundle but want some feedback on other options and specifically companies with good customer service. I have heard that xtool is lacking in that regard. Budget is $2000 USD

I have a pi5 with HA installed with a z stick 10 pro but I can't get the matter QR code to work. I have tried Google home and smartthings and it doesn't register with either. Am I doing something wrong?
