Looking at buying/building a bolt action pistol in 300bo. It must be a pistol to remain legal for specific quota hunts in my state.

The stipulations are as follows;

1. Less than $2k
2. Not proprietary AR style upper (able to use my own lowers without modifications)
3. Not proprietary barrel

Give me some options that are not a Mini Fix.
