Hello, recently bought a house and the toilet seems to get clogged very easily and is hard to unclog. If the bathtub runs the toilet will bubble, even if the bathtub isn't on it will sometimes gurgle and the bathtub will gurgle as well 😅. I'm hoping there is something I can do to fix it or do I need to call a plumber? I've tried a plunger to no avail.
I worked for this asshole opthalmologist for a while and he for some reason let me go through a part of the basement and I took this home. I liked the frame and I guess overall feel for it. The back is nailed shut, I have a toddler so it is difficult to remove the backing with him running around. Curious if anyone has any info?

Hello, I was wanting to identify this tree in my parents yard. The tree was in this condition when they purchased- cut due to the power lines. Just wanting any info 🙂 I tried to get as many photos please let me know if you need more.
