Finally on vinyl, one of the early metal albums I fell in love with when I was 14 years old. It still is my favourite of theirs. Happy with this one.

Finally on vinyl. Cover still looks like shit, but it sounds absolutely killer.

One of the best of last year. I still come back to it regularly.

It took me a while to complete the Death discography on vinyl, because I had them all on cd for years. But since my cd’s are in boxes I wanted to spin them on vinyl. Slowly got them all (started when I bought Symbolic on white vinyl years ago) and finally got in Individual Thought Patterns (second hand, and the person sent it in basically a big enveloppe but somehow it was unharmed, thanks Holy Chuck). ITP is kind of underrated (well at least by me I guess), since it’s in between the eternal brilliance of Human and Symbolic. But it’s so good in it‘s own right.

Pressing is a little noisy, but the album is great. I have long underestimated it. Still not my favourite Death record, but it absolutely grew on me.

Fantastic American black metal.
