Deviant worm game

I'm running a Worm themed deviant game, starting somewhere pre leviathan for a few people who've read the story. And was wondering if anyone had any ideas for like NPCs variation conversions?

Some basics for anyone interested in the conversion shit I used for the mechanics.

Acclimation starts at 1 and goes to 10 with the same benefits as other sup tols to attributes and skill dots cap

First end stage is second trigger

Limited scars to 1 at 1 acclimation, 2 at 3, 3 at 6 and 4 at 9

Variation dots costing 3xp per dot instead of 4 for the whole thing

I've got a party comprised of

A healer who melts into other people and swaps out body parts, using her own healing factor to heal the injuries she's just taken.

A person going down a road similar ish to leviathan in power typing, mainly hydrokinesis

A person going for combat teleportation

A person using telekinesis to utilize other variations as makes sense for it (ie: carapace for shielding themselves)

And a person with some power negation/luck stuff on a switch back and forth.

Edit: some basics for those unfamiliar with worm. It's a superhero setting, with a heavy narrative weight on trauma, powers coming to people in times of great stress in a moment called a trigger, another circumstance of similar levels of stress and trauma can make the powers stronger generally refered to as a second trigger.
