I recently bought a large bundle of plushes (there was a Pokémon Centre Eevee in there, I couldn't leave it!) and I was going through what else was in there and this little cutie was nestled at the bottom. I've done over an hour of investigation to try and work out if it's genuine, but I just cannot determine for the life of me if it is.

I've been in increasingly deeper holes over the last ten years. I'm in a better position, but still incredibly deep on the hole (would rather not confirm the amount).
I've had some small wins recently with having recurring payments cancelled, even though in contracts etc.
What I've started looking into is contacting companies who approved loans without taking into account my affordability (on paper, it looked affordable, but due to impulsive spending/gambling, this was never the case)
Has anyone had any successes in complaining against financial institutions and getting some money back? I'm not expecting them to pay me back in full, because that doesn't make sense. What I'm hoping for is the interest I paid to be refunded, plus any late fees.
Any advice/anecdotes are welcome 💜
