Do these numbers look ok? [VA, $740k, 6.375%, $25.9k down]
First time home buyer and completely confused with this whole process. Buying the house from the landlord we’ve been renting from for 4 years so we know the house pretty well. We’re doing without an agent so they can pass the commission savings down to us. Do these numbers seem fair? Anything jumps out? Thanks everyone!
