I want to move here.....

Hello. I am an American expat, currently living in Germany for the last twenty years. My marriage has just ended, and I *hate* living in Germany! Is there anyone that I can speak with about moving there? I am an auto mechanic by trade, so I imagine finding work shouldn't be too difficult. I'm more concerned about housing, my cat and my driver's license. I'm not in the financial bracket that lets me buy a house, so I would be looking more for a long-term rental.

I don't have a timeline at the moment, I'm just at the beginning of this...... And as I said, I appreciate any help one would offer.

EDIT- I am a Veteran on a pension (retired military), so citizenship anywhere is out of the question. I do have a Residence Permit (ILR- as some have labeled it) in EU.

Fiddler’s Green

Hattori Hanzō Sword....

I just had a thought that might be Head Canon. In Kill Bill, Michael Madison's character says that he pawned his sword. Now, in Pulp Fiction Butch and Marcellas' fight ends in a pawn shop where he grabs the samurai sword to end Maynard and Zed.

What if it's the same sword?
