New ones with white button and black silky pouch. Had to purchase the protective buckle bag separate
They seem new but some components are very very very slightly loose. Mainly the y shaped thin piece that is on either end of the actual cup. I grab and it and I can feel it slightly click. Probably within spec of tolerance but it’s noticeable to me and I don’t like it. I got them from greatvaluesite on eBay where I got my last pair that were new sealed. These were the the same way kindve. Came “factory sealed” just with a mostly plain cardboard box that was moderately damaged that read reduced packaging for POW foundation or something. inside was was some bubble wrap but the headphone and accessories were essentially loose in this flimsy box. My last pair came sealed in the retail box njce presentation etc but really not needed. they feel extremely loose like very Lubricated. I really don’t like it but other than that they function flawlessly still amazed by them and for $80 shipped they are still a fantastic deal. I wish they kept sending out the nylon canvas buckle bag with new purchases but oh well. the new bag is not anywhere near substantial.
