Cutting at 2microns
Today I was giving the suggestion of trying to cut at 2 microns. I am getting compressions and lines on my ribbon. Any suggestions or tips on the teqnique cutting this low?

4th day of microtone rotations
The lead tech said that for my 4th day it is okay it was very hard tissue was crumbling as seen for the 2nd photo but i kept grinding trying different sections of the blade kept putting it on the ice. Any advice on what to do cause I kinda on my own and am i putting too much pressure on me ?

Microtone help
I am on my 1st week of microtone rotations and i am having such a hard time getting a ribbon it keeps compressing and the ribbon is very delicate. My trainer is not sitting with me because there is a lot of work and when I ask for help with the other techs they give me an attitude like. My coworker said this is the time just to play around get a feel of it how does it feel when the blade is dull. Any advice on how to improve when I don’t know what I am doing wrong
