I can't believe am saying it

But use your god damn bombs to throw on the tower! Like you have a weapon that has a kit with an explosive in it why are you getting on the tower to try and shoot the enemy when they trigger their inkstrike while on it you're BEGGING to be killed! You've tried doing the same route at least thrice and failed each time why are you being so stubborn and keep doing it?

Same goes for when you don't climb it but shoot and hope your shots land like throw a bomb and combine it with shooting them at the same time that they have to avoid the explosive?? What on earth are we doing?

Nothing hurts more than losing the same amount of points in one series you fought hard to get in two

Or lose more than you fought for. An hour spent just for it to go to waste...

Still cursed

I took a break from Splatoon for the weekend, absolutely nothing changed in terms of finding better teams.

Blindly rushing in and getting killed less than ten seconds since spawning. No map awareness, nobody listens to callouts, you get a heavy this way spammer every ten matches or a squidbagger that worsens your already awful mental space.

Tentatek truly IS the worse place to be in, it's frustrating in here especially when I watch Takoroka gameplay and see just how well coordinated it is. Nobodys rushing in, they all stick close to the team they charge their specials and then push it, they try alternative routes and don't try to force it through one straight path, they actually pull out their maps and listen to callouts. It's on BOTH sides as well!

So playing in Tentatek its like watching fleas bounce all over the map compared to the other region. Your Luna is in the middle of the map in enemy ink, your two other slayers are struggling against one octobrush and other two slayers from the opponent team are then on your ass, the backline. The objective is coming closer every second with no one able to stop it.

Am exhausted.

I wanna know what on EARTH is going on here like I've been on the worst losing streak for a whole week by now?? And before anyone asks YES I did stand on tower when no one was on it, yes I did at least TRY to help my team, yes I did keep an eye on literally all of the enemy team. Hell I got 4 of them in a row and denied them their knockout but it was near impossible to actually for us to get a push going because my teammates would be dead in less than ten seconds!

And ironically the Splattershots name is the same as its role.

Note to self; am never playing past midnight in my timezone because what on earth are these players taking to be here??

Because what do you mean me trying to queue up into a game takes several 2min waiting lines that end up in "Not enough Players!" When I use tri-stringer but the second I pick anything else the game finds an immediate match AND the opposing team has a tri-stringer themselves?

I don't believe you game, you can't tell me you can't find me a match to play when you easily offer them up with the opponent team having my weapon of choice when I don't use it.

Make it make sense.

To note; I don't want to play a cheese weapon and join the rest of playerbase: 52, Carbon, octobrush, tri-slosh because I've told myself that I'll play ranked with my main that I've used for 3yrs now. If I can't learn to play against those with my main will I ever?

One player on the enemy lines is on a tower, their team is around them fighting you and your team. What is your first thought process here for you to retake the tower?

Cause apparently for 99% of people stuck in 1800 - 1900 and below is to rush the one player on the tower instead. Do y'all know what will happen IMMEDIATELY as you try and do so? You get killed by the enemy team!

You get so worked up about them getting even five points out of a hundred when your lead is near a knockout that that is why your game snowballs! Like I've never seen pros stress that the enemy gets to score clams or that they have the rainmaker.

If you pluck out the enemies surrounding the objective, you'll have a lot easier time retaking the turf and moving onward.
