I just have to express my absolute LOVE for Christmas, everything from tree decorating, the cheesy hallmark Christmas movies, the AMAZING songs!! I love the build up I love the day I love opening presents, I love being with more family, I LOVE the food, I love Christmas shopping, I love walking around towns seeing all of the Christmas lights!!

This is how Christmas Day goes for us and tell me how it goes for you!!

I wake up and like a lil kid (I’m a teen) I instantly look at my stocking and take it in to open with my parents!! We all snuggle up and I open them up, usually chocolate oranges, chocolate and more chocolate!! Sometime some other small stuff too!! Then when my nan wakes up I put everything back into my stocking to unpack it again but with my nana!!

Then me and dad make scrambled egg with smoked salmon (ITS AMAZING!!!!!!) and my absolute fav breakfast we save for special occasions!!!!!!

Then it’s the bigggg reveal of under the tree my parents open up the door and we all walk in!! We kinda change up how we do preasants sometimes we do one perosn at a time and sometimes we do a few for one perosn then a few for the next then the next etc till everyone is out of presents and sometimes we just grab and open🤣🤣I always leave a few for later in so I can look forward to a presant all day!!!!!!

Then cause we are are at my nans for every Christmas since I was born (exept Covid for obious reasons) so we go for a walk on the beach with the 3 doggos!!

When we get back we all have a proper look at our preasants eg get batteries, set stuff up and just look at em!! I open the rest of my prezzies throughout the day!!!!!!

Then dinner is the classic (for us) Turkey, pigs in blankets, gravy (ofc), like 8 different vegetables such as carrots, brocalli, cabbidge etc and for pudding we have the classic Christmas pudding, but we also buy a chocolate yaul log and chocolate pine cones which are just DIVINE!!

We then spend the rest of the evening watching tv because earlier in in the week the schedule gets passed around and we all circle what we want to watch (it’s alway strictly, any tv show Christmas specials last few years we have watch Gavin and Stacy, Wallace and Gromit and BBC ghosts Christmas specials!!!!!!)

Then bed!!!!!!

And what’s do u really want (I want tickets to go se Shoot From The Hip!!!!!!) but TAHT may have to be a birthday presents instead depending on when they have shows near us!!!!!!

So this journey I guess started with a conversation with my best friend who was vegetarian since birth and few years ago went Vegan (also we’re both teen girls)—she told me some facts and well yeah. Then I saw a reel come up in my feed which really touched my heart. Well I’m going to try going Vegetarian on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. My breakfasts are usually vegetarian anyway and at school they always have tons of vegetarian options so the main change will be dinner (although it’s not like we ate meat every dinner anyway) but honestly I just want some tips!! Also if this goes well chances are I’ll go vegetarian the whole week!! I don’t know why but I’m a bit nervouse, honestly I’m just looking for some tips and reassurance!!
