Do you guys think Sherwin has officially hired people to neutralize this reddit forum?

Gender based discrimination going out of hands now. Every store is facing it. Females are being given immense soft corner and being favoured in promotions instead of plain and simple meritocracy. Ughh.., I have female colleagues who have noticed this too and laugh about it saying that they don’t have issue with it.

Similar pattern- Make them head of an ERG, preferably Women Resource Group then DSM/DCM, keep for 1 year in each role to promote to DM later. Upper management is required from their top bosses to do so to look good, (first hand information). The company is pushing itself towards doom by valuing gender over talent and merit, will lose talent overtime.

Employees burnout and mental stress is common with the new managements weak style of ‘leadership’. According to them it’s ‘my way or highway’ rule only like a monarchy.
