Recently moved into new apartment. I was with a friend while letting another friend into my backyard and a man in a tank top walks by angrily and yells something. It was kind of unclear if he was yelling at us or yelling at someone across the street. We don’t think anything of it and head into my garage. We start having a conversation at a normal volume and we hear the same voice, now sounding like it’s from the backyard next door, scream “YO SHUT THE FUCK UP!” We all pause but don’t think it’s directed at us since we are just speaking at a normal volume, so we continue speaking. Then we hear “YO GET TF OFF MY D!” So one of my friends poked her head outside and the man is sitting in a chair with his back towards us and smoking something. We figure maybe he’s on the phone with someone so we keep talking. Then he screams “YOU STILL SAYING SOMETHING?” so my friend pokes her head out again and hes standing over the fence looking like he’s about to climb over and staring at where we are in the garage. We quickly shut and lock the garage door and don’t make a peep. Then we hear what we think is the sound of the fence being climbed over and glass breaking, so I call the cops. When the sirens started sounding nearby, we heard the sound of a door shutting faintly nearby. The police come and he’s nowhere to be seen but my ashtray was clearly thrown at the garage where we were and all of my plants are knocked over on the ground. The police seem to recognize his description and ask if he was wearing a medical bracelet, but i didn’t catch if he was. The neighbors said they didn’t know him and I’ve never seen him at their house. Everyone please be wary
