Received rejection email after waiting about a week. I was under impresssion my interview went well but I guess I am not what they are looking for. Makes me feel defeated. Only thing they mentioned was that I could have showed more ability to succeed when faced with challenges and my why progressive response. They also seemingly did not like my why on my skills being a good fit for Progressive.

Kind of puts me in dumps of a mood.

Just had final interview for claims trainee today for Delaware for a November start date. The only thing I think I messed up on was telling them I was involuntarily released from my previous position but I did pivot to my work ethic and had good STAR responses. Would the prior termination be a big uh oh in my way?
