Do you portray your tulpa in the physical world or have them on your brain (like a wonderland)? Most of the time I imagine him living a life completely separate from my own. A room in my house, a job, interacting with my acquaintances, being busy and unable to be with me for hours... and it gives him a lot of depth, but now i have a really hard time with the whole headmate thing because he's a completely separate being in the outside world.

But enough about me!

What did you and your tulpa do today? + I would like to know where you got your tulpa's name (or if your tulpa chose its own) \mine really hates the one i gave him...\
