Oh dear god what have I done??
RX 7900 XT Primary + RTX 3060 12GB secondary for LLS..
Yes I am aware my 650w PSU is going to explode is my face, don't care atm, undervolted and power limited. Just gawking at how absurd this thing looks lol

For context I have 3 monitors and this issue is nonexistent on my main monitor; I have a 240hz main, 60hz 2nd, and 60hz tv as 3rd. RTX 3060 + 1660 Ti running 1080p with FastSync in Nvidia settings, 2X WGC no scaling in Lossless.
Whenever I run games on my TV I try to run them at 60/120 for FastSync to remove Screen Tearing however I noticed it causes inconsistent Frame Times while reporting locked 60/120 and its very noticable, if I plug the TV directly to my 3060 or turn off Lossless the frame times become butter smooth again but using Lossless causes major PCIE bandwidth bottlenecking if directly plugged in and without Lossless the Screen Tearing comes back. Vsync is not an option because this causes major latency when using a Bluetooth controller and it costs me in online games.
Anyone experienced something similar and have a work around or fix I could try? I do not wish to just settle for 'deal with the screen tearing/frametime inconsistencies', as noted this is not an issue on my main monitor but sometimes I want to just relax on my bed and have a similarly flawless experience on my TV too, 60FPS shouldn't be this difficult
Just silly controller name shinanigans between my controller and my GF's controller
