I'm looking for a book that is ideal for a middle aged man who is healing from his relationship with his narcissistic mother. One that talks about the experience would be great. Also soemthing that can help with tge orocess of healing. He mostly feels like people don't understand his experience. Most of what I've seen is for daughters. The one book I saw is written by AI, and the credentials of the author are not clinical or psych adjacent. Does anyone have any suggestions? It would be greatly appreciated!
