Losing Hope
hey there! I started Contrave back in February and by middle of May I was down 10lbs. It seems like I’ve just stopped losing weight now. I started CrossFit 3 weeks ago and I know I will gain some weight due to muscle starting out but it’s like the scale is just not going down anymore. I kinda felt defeated today when it showed back up 5lbs when I actually feel skinnier than I did in May and my shirts are fitting better.
Any advice?
