Hi all! I am on Zep for chronic inflammation and severe Hashimoto’s, (among other issues). I have been on the drug since March. I inject into my abdomen like I was instructed by my doctor. I am currently on 7.5 mg.

Does anyone experience, (or have you experienced), extreme soreness in your mid to upper thighs while taking this? It feels like extreme muscle soreness as if I have been lifting too heavy, (not currently able to lift as I’m managing POTS symptoms now, new side effect I’m working through as well.)

Any advice, words of wisdom, relatable experience?

I do have other side effects, but they usually get better a few days after the shot- but not this one. 😔
