Organic reach on Instagram seems to be completely dead this month

Am I the only one thinking that something completely blew up the algorithm? I have been posting into a black hole unless it is an edited post. Static posts and carousels have been reaching much less than what we reached back in January. How about you all?

Requesting guidance: How do you visualize intricate Java programs mentally before you start coding them?

Right now, I’m in my 3rd semester in CSE course. I’ve got good knowledge of the syntax and stuff like Polymorphism or Abstract classes, but when it comes to developing an entire application using that syntax, I fail miserably. Don’t you guys visualize classes and constructors before you start coding anything at all? Or do you guys directly get into coding and then work on it later by doing refactoring?

Seeking advice: When did the concept of Polymorphism & Inheritance of Object Oriented Programming suddenly become clear to you?

I am currently a third-semester student majoring in computer science, and we have been learning a lot about Java recently. My understanding of concepts such as abstract class and multilevel inheritance is not so difficult that I cannot code properly and know all the basic rules involved. But when it comes to the overall design of a whole program based on the concept of polymorphism, I cannot quite figure out how to keep everything simple.

Why is there always an obvious and unnecessary UI revamp that no one even requested by the tech company involved?

While I can understand the requirements for upgrading backend technology or fixing possible vulnerabilities, as a computer science major, from the end-user point of view, I see no reason why some very popular software should be constantly redesigning its interface into something that is hard to navigate just to have a new look. Is there any real reason behind all these changes?

Is it only my perception that many apps and websites from today’s world seem to be becoming less user-friendly?

As someone who is studying computer science, I am very familiar with concepts such as optimization and efficient UI design. However, from the perspective of the average consumer, every update seems to make programs become less efficient and add extra complexity where there didn’t need to be any. Why does it feel as though usability is regressing?

Advice needed: How to avoid unnecessary groups while using K-maps?

Hello everyone,

I am currently learning digital electronics, and doing lots of exercises on logic gate combinations, multiplexers and K-maps. I get the basics on creating the K-map for 3 and 4 variable problems; however, sometimes I create unnecessary groups, and thus end up with a less simplified Boolean expression. Before I progress towards creating more advanced full adder circuits, I would like to learn how to do this properly and ensure I always come up with an optimal solution. Is there anything you do to make sure your solution is really simplified?

Hello all,

At the moment, I'm studying Data Structures through Java, with specific emphasis on Stacks and Linked Lists. While I have no issues writing code and implementing them, I seem to be having some trouble instinctively comprehending the time complexity (Big O notation) analysis that comes into play when choosing between arrays and linked lists.

Is there a mental model, analogy, or resource that helped this make sense for you? Any advice for a beginner would be greatly appreciated!

I've been analyzing our latest campaign metrics, and it seems like it's time to say farewell to the outdated strategy for [SEO/Marketing]. If you haven't switched gears away from [Old Tactic] yet, it's possible that you'll see your ROI go down the drain.

Considering all of the recent changes to search engine algorithms and social media platforms, here are the three pillars of our new marketing strategy:

  1. Information Gain: We no longer create "skyscraper" posts simply rehashing the top ten results. No information or angle we don't have something new to offer isn't worth sharing.
  2. AI Intent Matching: Our goal is to optimize our brand through LLMs' ability to summarize it rather than through traditional Google SEO.
  3. Automated Personalization: Using [Tool] to send personalized responses based on each lead's individual site audit/data.

We've seen a [Number]% boost in engagement thanks to these changes. Am I alone in experiencing [Old Tactic]'s ineffectiveness in my market niche, or has anyone else noticed that it has stopped working altogether?
