Brand new gateway router worked for ten minutes but won't power on
I just moved into my apartment and set up my new wifi router that came in the mail today. I got it all set up and it worked fine. Went to connect my tv and the network is gone. Router light is off. I've tried multiple outlets and hookups. No light at all. The app told me I would have to pay for a technician to come fix it, which is INSANE since it was working fine and sitting on a shelf and stopped working on it's own. Can anyone help??
