Etsy becoming unusable?

I'm in the middle of planning for my wedding and there are a million little things to buy such as personalized gifts, favors, decor, and more and I thought Etsy would be the perfect place to go for most of this, however I find myself completely disappointed in the current state of Etsy. Everything I see is just an AI photo (which are always undisclosed), questionable shops that have only been open for less than a month, or drop shipped garbage. I can't seem to filter these things out effectively either. What happened to the old Etsy? Are there no actual artisans on the site anymore? Has anyone else recently felt the same? I feel like even just half a year ago it wasn't nearly this bad.

[Question] Mumuse

I keep getting these ads on Instagram from these new blind box characters Mumuse. They look super cute but does anyone know if the site and the product are legit? I get sent to something called Pinme which I have never heard of. I'd also love to know what the quality of the product is like.
