Hey yall, we started the process for marriage based green card August 2022, approved I-130 august 2023, interview in february 2024, denied at interview (consultant in Albania) requested for the 601 (misrepresentation) and 212 (fraud) which we filed JUNE 2024 reason being- my husband entered america illegally in 2015 but caught immediately at the border, stayed in the camp for 13 months and then deported in 2016 but finished his 10 year bar june 2026
