is it okay for a 4 month old interceptor’s cone set bearing replaced in just a short span?

i had wobbling above 80km/h.when i visited service centre they told me that the front wheel spoke was loose and they tightened it.lower bearing of coneset was replaced.there also was a slight alignment issue in the front wheel. is it all normal?my bike is just 4 months old
