USF admission chances

First time posting, lol. But I'm a junior right now and I'm wondering about my chances of getting into USF as an out of state aplicant. USF is my dream school and so I'll be applying early decision which I hear helps your chances. If you have any tips or stats you think is important please share! I'm just now working on my whole application on common app. Be brutaly honest if you have to, if I need to look at other colleges let me know what you think about the state school in SF, if it's worth it. But ultimately living in san francisco is my dream and going to USF would be amazing. I plan on majoring in biology as a pre med their BTW.

ACT: 21, but I don't think I'll submit it because USF is test optional ( is that a mistake?)

Gpa:3.4 (unweighted, Hs doesn't weigh it for AP's)

My freshman year started horrible, but I've gotten better grades since with 3.4-3.5 term sophmore year and 3.6-3.8 term junior year.

Classes

2 dual enrollments

AP: lang, APUSH, BIO (senior classes: gov, chem, lit, hopefully psychology and environmental science)

Extracurricular

- part time job at a nursing home, close to 3 years

-speech and debate 3 years

- science olympiad 2 years

-world affairs club

- going to get my certified nursing assistant license(CNA)

- volunteer work at a womens shelter (close to 60 hours)

- TA my sophomore year for an English teacher

-eventually starting my own club

Recommendation letters (plan to ask)

Personal statement

My journey as a gay teen, dealing with bullying leading to freshman grade drop, visiting SF, spreading kindness

Let me know what you think, again USF is my dream school but if you really think it won't happen let me know so I can took at other less expensive schools to plan out my future. If you have tips to improve my chances let me know.
